Their apple-topped pizza, featuring Bolton Spring Farm apples during our November event, was a standout hit, and a perfect example of their creative, chef-driven approach.

HABBQ brings their craft barbecue trailer to the fair, serving up slow-cooked favorites with rich, satisfying flavor.
Pronounced “Ha-bibi-cue,” the name is inspired by the Arabic word habibi, meaning “my love,” a reflection of the founder’s Middle Eastern roots and deep passion for barbecue. What began as a simple love of serving top-quality barbecue has grown into a true way of life.

Meet the Band - Aunt Mimi!
We’re excited to welcome back Aunt Mimi to The Savor Fair after their wonderful performance at our summer market last year. This up-tempo acoustic duo blends harmony vocals, layered guitar arrangements, and an eclectic mix of musical influences ranging from classic rock and British pop to country and modern folk.
With a setlist spanning artists from the Everly Brothers and The Kinks to Vance Joy and The Avett Brothers, Aunt Mimi creates the kind of warm, feel-good atmosphere that perfectly complements an afternoon in the orchard filled with great food, wine, shopping, and community.
