Flow into Blossoms & Bubbly
Ignite your senses, breathe in the fresh air and leave your worries behind as you dive deep within for this nurturing, nature-immersive, all levels, slow flow yoga practice.
We will combine gentle, slow-paced, grounded movement with the scenic beauty and scents of the blooming fruit trees. This slow flow practice will feature longer holds in the poses to allow for deep stretching and a mindful connection to the body and breath.
This class serves as a "self-care" celebration for mothers, daughters, grandmothers, friends, and loved ones. It is a wonderful way to begin the day before the Blossoms & Bubbly experience.

Meet the Instructor
The Yoga Nook is a thoughtfully curated, intimate yoga studio in the heart of Bolton, Massachusetts, known for its grounded, inclusive approach to movement and mindfulness. Led by founder and owner Jackie Houde, the studio offers a wide range of yoga, meditation, and breathwork classes, including vinyasa, slow flow, gentle, restorative, yin, as well as music-themed classes and specialty workshops, all designed to support both physical well-being and nervous system regulation.
Jackie’s teaching is rooted in accessibility, intention, and presence. Classes are intentionally kept small to allow for individualized attention and a supportive, low-pressure environment. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace, listen inwardly, and practice without comparison.
In keeping with this philosophy, The Yoga Nook is a mirror-free space, honoring yoga as an inner practice rather than a performance.
The Yoga Nook welcomes practitioners of all levels and backgrounds, with the belief that yoga should nourish the mind, body, and soul, not add stress or intimidation. Jackie’s classes thoughtfully weave together asanas (postures), breathwork, meditation, and teachings drawn from the Eight Limbs of Yoga, Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, and the chakra system, grounding modern practice in its rich historical and spiritual roots.
Jackie brings a strong educational foundation to her teaching, holding a master’s degree in Elementary and Special Education from Northeastern University, along with extensive yoga training including a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification, Restorative Yoga Certification, Children’s Yoga Certification, and Reiki Master Certification. Her background as an educator informs her calm, clear, and compassionate teaching style, meeting students exactly where they are and guiding them forward with care and expertise. Yoga became a deeply personal and transformative practice for Jackie before it became her profession, shaping the intentional, empathetic approach that defines The Yoga Nook today.

A Natural Partnership
Curated Farm Flow Experiences at Bolton Spring Farm by The Yoga Nook
Yoga in the Orchard is a seasonal series of thoughtfully curated outdoor yoga experiences designed to connect you to nature, movement, and intention at Bolton Spring Farm.
Led by Jackie Houde of The Yoga Nook, each class blends accessible, grounding practices with the natural beauty of the farm, creating experiences that feel restorative, celebratory, and deeply rooted in place.
These sessions offer a rare opportunity to experience The Yoga Nook’s approach to yoga: one that invites you to slow down, tune inward, and move with awareness, guided by presence, self-compassion, and connection to the world around you.
Throughout the season, offerings will include:
Sunset flows with guided meditation and sound baths
Full moon practices centered on reflection and renewal
Water-inspired sessions alongside Great Brook, focused on fluidity, release, and natural movement
While each class offers gentle movement, these experiences go beyond fitness. They are designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit, grounded not in mirrors or performance, but in nature itself.
Jackie will be onsite at Blossoms & Bubbly, where she will be sharing more about the spring and summer series and offering the opportunity to reserve your place in these limited, one-of-a-kind experiences, set throughout the orchard, meadows, woodlands, and along the water.
