Gourmet & Specialty Food (Retail)

Booth Details & Fees

  • Booth: $50.00

  • Booth Size: 10 ft x 10 ft (outdoor space, vendor must provide own tent/table)

  • Electricity: Booths do not have access to electricity

  • Payment Due: Payment is due within 14 business days of acceptance to secure your space. If payment is not received by the deadline, your spot may be offered to another applicant.

  • Cancellations & Refunds. Booth payments are non-refundable. If the event is canceled by the organizer, vendors will receive a full refund.

  • Weather Policy. All events are rain-or-shine-or-snow -or wind events. In the event of extreme weather, the event organizers will notify vendors of any changes via email.

We host a variety of seasonal events designed to celebrate great food, local farms, and small businesses in a beautiful farm setting. To make applying easy, we’ve created a single Call for Vendors for all our events. Let us know which events you’re interested in, and we’ll thoughtfully review your submission to see where your offerings may be the best fit.

For Food Vendors

The Town of Bolton falls under the jurisdiction of the Nashoba Associated Board of Health for permitting of mobile and retail food vendors. If you are selected, you must have a current Permit to Operate a Food Service Establishment OR a Temporary Food Establishment Permit. If these are not provided in advance of any of our events, you will not be able to participate. All final food vendor lists are sent to the Nashoba Associated Board of Health for final approval.

  • Permit is only valid for the specific event dates within 7 consecutive days and at a single location/town as listed on the application.

  • The fee for temporary licenses is $50.00.

  • APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUMBITTED AT LEAST 14 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT BY MAIL

  • Non-profits can email or fax applications. Federal Tax ID # must be provided. There is no permit fee for non-profits.
