Call for Vendors

We host a variety of seasonal events designed to celebrate great food, local farms, and small businesses in a beautiful farm setting. To make applying easy, we’ve created a single Call for Vendors for all our events. Let us know which events you’re interested in, and we’ll thoughtfully review your submission to see where your offerings may be the best fit.

For Food Vendors

The Town of Bolton falls under the jurisdiction of the Nashoba Associated Board of Health for permitting of mobile and retail food vendors. If you are selected, you must have a current Permit to Operate a Food Service Establishment OR a Temporary Food Establishment Permit. If these are not provided in advance of any of our events, you will not be able to participate. All food vendor lists are sent to the Nashoba Associated Board of Health for final approval.
